ZhaobaoTaiChi

Zhaobao Tai Chi is one of the oldest and most primitive forms of Tai Chi in China. It is said to have been founded by Wudang Taoist Zhang Sanfeng and inherited and developed by descendants in Zhaobao Town. Its characteristics are smooth and rounded movements, delicate movements, concise routines, and emphasis on the unity of body and mind, and the combination of inside and outside. Zhaobao Tai Chi is not only a fitness art, but also an exquisite martial art, and is known as the “living fossil of Tai Chi.”
