Tai Chi is an important representative school of Chinese martial arts. It takes the Tai Chi and Yin-Yang dialectics in traditional Chinese Confucian and Taoist philosophy as its core ideas, and integrates multiple functions such as nourishing temperament, strengthening the body, and fighting.
