To enter the door of Tai Chi, you must first learn to unlock the lock of Tai Chi. To unlock the lock, you must master three keys:
The first key: three-dimensional support
When you perform a punch, it is a three-dimensional spiral Tai Chi. Just like a tornado. Struggle left and right, hang up and down, and support front and back. Maintain the support and balance of the body in three dimensions. Specific requirements, struggle left and right, there are two types of sucking hips and retracting buttocks and sucking hips and turning hips, so that the pelvis can turn over and over under the muscle tension, driving the movement of the limbs.
Hanging up and down, that is, the top strength of the spirit, the sinking of qi into the dantian. Pull up and down with the navel and the gate of life as the center. Support front and back, that is, the yin tops the yang and stretches – the waist tops the abdomen. Form a spring, buckle the knees and round the crotch at the same time, the thigh bone rotates inward to form the lower knee buckled inward, and the upper femoral head is supported outward to support the crotch. In this way, the body is in a three-dimensional space up and down, front and back, left and right.
The second key: three gates of the spine
That is, the sacrum. Thoracic vertebrae, cervical vertebrae Among them, the cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae, and lumbar vertebrae are above the pelvic support. Their function is to buffer the upper force, but also to dissipate the force transmitted from the waist and legs.
It is required to hold the chin and stand the neck, hold the chest and pull the back, and tighten the abdomen and stand the waist, so as to make the spine above the pelvis stand straight. The sacral vertebrae are like the spring steel plate of a car, which has achieved the effect of reducing the buffer. The power of the waist and buttocks can be transmitted along the spine in a straight line to reduce the loss of power. The tailbone is straight and the spirit penetrates the top of the head, and the qi penetrates the three gates and enters the Niwan.
The third: Ren and Du Meridians Zhoutianguan
The Du Meridian starts from the perineum and passes through the anus along the spine to Baihui, and the Ren Meridian starts from Baihui and passes through the mouth and goes down to the perineum. It is disconnected at the anus and the mouth, so it is necessary to pinch the valley (anus) and press the tongue against the upper palate to connect the Du Meridian and the Ren Meridian.
From a mechanical point of view, these two actions are mainly to regulate the internal pressure of the abdominal and thoracic cavities to facilitate better transmission and reception of power. From a physiological point of view, these two movements also have the function of regulating autonomic nerves and promoting glandular secretion.
If you practice the above three keys well, you will be able to unlock the door of Tai Chi. It is the main valve to unlock the mystery of Tai Chi, and only then can you enter the door of Tai Chi. This is the mother of all martial arts styles.
