Tai Chi is not only about external skills, but also about cultivating the mind. The whole body is empty, invisible and formless. If you don’t cultivate your mind, how can you achieve such a state? Don’t seek to defeat the enemy with one move, stay away from the pursuit of fame and fortune, don’t fight for victory or defeat, and get this state of mind, which is the original intention of Tai Chi.

The formation of life between heaven and earth is a miracle. The formation of each organ and each wisdom of advanced life is a miracle. These miracles are in line with the way of heaven, follow nature, and are the products of heaven and earth. The essence of the sun and the moon is not blindly thrown, they all have clear operating rules.

When we practice Tai Chi, we are following the laws of nature, absorbing the essence, and consolidating the foundation. Only by understanding the truth can we express our ideas; only by appreciating the essence can we be broad-minded.

Although Tai Chi is slow, soft, and quiet in its external form, you can indeed feel an inner energy when practicing. The breath penetrates from the delicate external limb tissues to the deep functions of the five internal organs to the bone joints, and the body gradually softens and loosens in the softness.

It is as if a ray of sunshine illuminates all the joints in the body. In this softness, you can feel the sweat slowly seeping out from the deep layer of the body. There is no reluctance or effort. This flexible, soft and tough feeling will make you fall in love with Tai Chi involuntarily and naturally.

Boxing is close to the heart. Without the heart, boxing will have no life. Boxing is a martial art that uses the body to think. Boxing moves in the middle of yin and yang, opens and closes in the middle, contracts and releases from the middle, changes between emptiness and reality in the middle, and changes between movement and stillness.

In the process of boxing, there are many things that can be encountered but not sought. Sometimes you accidentally find that familiar feeling in repeated practice, and sometimes you lose it unconsciously. There are many things that “can only be understood” and cannot be fully expressed in language. You can only rely on yourself to slowly understand them in continuous practice.

When a person’s body, mind and actions are truly integrated, love and compassion are like invisible air, treating everything kindly. If the body is not upright, the mind is not upright either. Only when the body is upright can the qi be harmonious. Tai Chi brings us inner wisdom, and we can examine it at any time and be just right in the places where it is excessive or insufficient.

The space of the body and mind is so huge that even if you spend your whole life, you may not be able to enjoy it fully. Any Tai Chi school is a kind of cognition of the attitude towards the body and soul. Deeply love every life, deeply love the perfect beauty of every life in its imperfection, and deeply love the more perfect perfection of every life in its perfection.

All lives will be accommodated, tolerated, and transformed by compassion, all living beings and all things are like this. As there are thousands of methods in the world, it is futile to work hard outside the heart. Observe the heart, ask the heart, and guard the heart.
