What is Tai Chi Staff?
The Tai Chi Staff was created under the guidance of Tai Chi theory, so the basic principles of Tai Chi are the basic principles of Tai Chi staff.
When practicing, it is still slow, gentle, flexible and symmetrical. Since it is a staff, it has its own unique style, that is, it requires agility and speed, vigor and strength, hardness and softness, sticking and entanglement, transformation and release, and unpredictable. It can be said that “shaking the windmill and rotating, the front, back, left and right are all sticks, just like a gust of wind sweeping away the remaining clouds, just like a gust of wind sweeping away the fallen leaves.”
Combining the practice and use, it is exactly what the boxing theory says: “Using strength is like drawing silk, and releasing strength is like shooting arrows.”
