Qigong has a long history in China. In ancient times, the content related to qigong was usually called breathing, guiding, moving qi, breathing, alchemy, cultivation, meditation, etc. There are few “qigong” words in ancient books. Occasionally, there is no complete explanation of the term “qigong”.
In the 1950s, Liu Guizhen wrote in the book “Qigong Therapy Practice”: “The word ‘qi’ here means breathing, and the word ‘gong’ means the practice of constantly adjusting breathing and posture…” It is generally believed that the word “qigong” has been determined and spread since then. Some foreign materials translate qigong as “deep breathing exercise method”, and some domestic reference books also copy it. Obviously, they have not realized the true meaning of qigong. In fact, qigong exercise includes three types of means: breathing, posture, and mind. Each type of means has a variety of exercise methods. Deep breathing is just one of many breathing exercise methods. It can be seen that interpreting the definition of qigong as “deep breathing exercise method” is too one-sided.
In fact, ancient health practitioners believed that “qi” and “qi” are two different concepts. Generally speaking, “Qi” is the original innate energy of the human body, while “Qi” refers to the energy generated by acquired breathing and diet. Qigong exercises mainly connect to the innate “Qi” through acquired breathing and other methods, so as to achieve the effect of health preservation, fitness and longevity.
In the process of practicing Qigong, people often have some strange experiences. The more common ones are Qi feeling, keen sense, calmness and so on.
Key points
Qigong exercises are different, and their characteristics and requirements are also different, but the common requirements are: relaxation and natural, following the will and Qi, combining practice and nourishment, combining movement and stillness, step by step, different for different people and diseases, perseverance, and a moderate life. The skill of combining acquired air and innate Qi into a righteous spirit; the science of self-regulation, self-training, fitness and longevity in the life process. If Qigong is defined from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine: Qigong is a method of training to make one’s own Qi coordinated through self-training of regulating the mind.
The symptoms of neck and shoulder pain caused by long-term sitting are very common in modern people. Many people endure such torture day after day, and of course everyone will take some measures. Targeted treatment methods; use massage, or apply rheumatism pain relief ointment, or acupuncture and cupping. Generally speaking, the above methods are effective, but it is not certain whether they are effective immediately. I have been working at a desk and operating a computer for a long time, and I have also used many methods to eliminate pain. I have been accustomed to the repeated replacement.
However, I got a clever method during a sleep-induced Luo Chen, so that I no longer suffer from neck and shoulder pain. The cause is that I think about the stroke structure of a certain word, and my head moves slowly. After thinking about the writing of the stroke of the word, the situation of my neck being unable to twist at will caused by Luo Chen has changed a lot. So I seemed to have an idea and tried to trace the word with the tip of my nose, and then calmed my mind and held my breath to focus my attention and vigilance on the tip of my nose. I traced the word Yong, and traced it about 20 to 30 times, with the speed starting from fast to slow and then moderate. After finishing the description, open your eyes and twist your neck and shoulders naturally. Repeat the above test two or three hours later, and you will feel better. I suddenly realized that there is indeed a way to eliminate neck and shoulder fatigue by self-regulation. From then on, I practiced this method in the morning and evening, which had a very good effect and I never suffered from neck and shoulder pain again.
I would like to introduce this method to my friends. In winter, the body is easily invaded by wind and cold air, which causes frequent neck and shoulder pain. Pay attention to and be careful to keep warm while practicing this method, which can have a half-effective effect. In addition, after mastering it, you can not only describe a certain word, but also describe Tang poetry, Song lyrics or articles, etc.
If friends use my method above and have a certain experience, then you have entered the door of Qigong. In fact, Qigong is not very mysterious. I think it is very simple and it is indeed within our grasp at all times. There are many ways to learn and experience Qigong. I think conciseness is the first choice. It is one of the fastest methods that allows learners to feel it immediately. Therefore, I recommend the “nasal breathing method” I explored to my friends.
The concept of Qigong has only been around for a few decades, but there have been thousands of years of theories and experiments, and it has developed in many fields. Therefore, people have different views on Qigong, but the most common phenomenon is that it has become mysterious and complicated. Of course, there are also people with ulterior motives who use the Qigong theory to take credit for the work of others and form their own school to induce people who want to learn Qigong and lead them into the maze of Qigong.
Learning Qigong
When we learn Qigong, the most important thing is to emphasize personal attention and vigilance. When people focus on something or a problem and are not disturbed by anything else, then attention and vigilance will be manifested. Therefore, this is very helpful when learning the “nasal breathing method”. Under normal circumstances, when we are provoked and become indignant, we will have a red face and wide eyes. This is the surface of our own attention and vigilance on the head. Of course, this attention and vigilance is not good for the body. The “nasal breathing method” is to use attention and vigilance on the tip of the nose, and then do efficient work, which is “Qigong”. This is not a difficult thing to do. The phrase “eyes look at the nose, nose looks at the heart” is a catalyst that allows us to achieve it as much as possible. In these six words, you can see that two of them are “nose”, so using the “nasal breathing method” to practice qigong is a quick method.
Mastering the characteristics of qigong’s mind-body training will help to deeply understand the holistic view of “unity of form and spirit” and “unity of man and nature” in traditional Chinese medicine. The discussion of the influence and mechanism of qigong is also beneficial to the in-depth understanding of the theory of “qi transformation”, “essence, qi and spirit” and the psychological correlation of viscera in traditional Chinese medicine.
Qigong is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. In the Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic, the earliest existing medical classic in my country, which was written more than 2,000 years ago, there are records of the methods, theories and therapeutic effects of qigong exercises. Among the 81 articles in Su Wen, more than a dozen articles directly or indirectly talk about qigong. It can be seen that before the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, qigong had become an important medical and health care method.
From the history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese doctors of all dynasties have paid great attention to qigong. Not only are there discussions on qigong in their works, but many famous doctors themselves are also qigong practitioners. For example, Zhang Zhongjing, a famous doctor in the Han Dynasty, said in his famous book “Golden Chamber Synopsis”: “When the limbs feel heavy and sluggish, they should be guided and breathed, and acupuncture, moxibustion, and massage should be applied to prevent the nine orifices from being blocked.” The “guided and breathed” mentioned here is a method of qigong. The famous “Five Animals Exercises” is said to have been created by Hua Tuo, a famous doctor in the Han Dynasty. It is still loved by qigong enthusiasts today. Later, there were discussions on qigong in “Baopuzi” written by Ge Hong in the Jin Dynasty, “Yangxing Yanminglu” written by Tao Hongjing in the Northern and Southern Dynasties, “Zhubingyuanhoulun” written by Chao Yuanfang in the Sui Dynasty, “Beiji Qianjin Yaofang” written by Sun Simiao in the Tang Dynasty, “Wai Tai Mi Yao” written by Wang Tao, “Shengji Zonglu” in the Song Dynasty, and the works of the four great doctors in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. In the book “Examination of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians” written by Li Shizhen, a famous medical scientist in the Ming Dynasty, it is pointed out that “the inner scenery tunnel can only be observed by those who look back.” This means that in the process of practicing a certain kind of static exercise, changes in the meridians of the human body can be perceived. Ye Tianshi and Wu Jutong, famous febrile disease experts in the Qing Dynasty, both practiced and discussed qigong. In the book “Medical Records of Combining Chinese and Western Medicine” written by Zhang Xichun, a famous modern doctor, there is also a chapter on qigong, and it is pointed out that medical students should participate in meditation. Qigong has been used for healing and fitness since the beginning in ancient my country. The reason why qigong can heal diseases is mainly because it can have a beneficial regulatory effect on the cerebral cortex and subcortical autonomic nerve centers and cardiovascular system, has a corrective effect on abnormal reactions of the body, has a massage effect on abdominal organs, and can have a self-control effect on one’s own physiological functions. Qigong has many effects and functions on the human body. It can eliminate emotional interference and keep the human body’s physiology and biochemistry in the best working state. The relaxation, tranquility and breathing in Qigong can relieve the cerebral cortex’s emergency response preparation for the whole body, provide favorable conditions for the body’s rest, repair and adjustment, and eliminate the disturbance of the “seven emotions” to the body, reduce the body’s sensitivity to the adverse stimulation of the external environment, and reduce the harm of the “six desires”. After slow adjustment, the overall energy consumption is reduced and the body’s disease resistance is enhanced.
Qigong is generally a method of physical and mental exercise with the purpose of preventing and curing diseases, keeping fit and prolonging life, and developing potential by adjusting the mind, adjusting the breath, and adjusting the body. Adjusting the mind is to regulate psychological activities, adjusting the breath is to regulate breathing movements, and adjusting the body is to regulate the body’s postures and movements. These three adjustments are the basic methods of Qigong exercise, and are the three major elements or basic norms of Qigong disciplines. Qigong is gradually summarized and formed by people in various practices such as production, life, and medical care. Qigong therapy is related to and different from physical therapy. It can include physical therapy, but physical therapy cannot replace Qigong therapy. Limb movement is always just one of the means of Qigong to adjust the mind. Breathing exercise also serves to adjust the mind. The three adjustments are a unified whole, and the adjustment of the mind must be the core. Internal training and external training are combined, and internal training should be the main focus. The Qi of Qigong refers to “internal Qi” and “true Qi”, which has a deeper meaning. Qigong therapy has a comprehensive feature, at least it is a combination of psychotherapy and physical therapy.
Qigong therapy includes psychotherapy, but it is different from psychotherapy. Psychological therapy generally refers to the doctor’s use of language, expression, posture, attitude, etc. to reason and suggestive treatment for patients in the awake state; or use some special induction methods to induce a hypnotic state that is somewhat similar to sleep in the patient, and then suggestive treatment is performed on the patient in the hypnotic state. Therefore, the patient is always passive. The characteristic of Qigong therapy is to give play to the patient’s subjective initiative. Under the guidance of the doctor, the patient can strengthen his self-control ability through self-training and achieve results.
The only way to simplify the complex
After achieving Qigong with the “Nasal Breathing Method”, there are three levels of advancement. The first is to do it as you please. If you feel discomfort in any part of your body, you can target that part. When you recover, you can stop using it. The second is to gather and disperse the Qi. Practice when you have no symptoms of discomfort. There is a professional term called “small Zhoutian”, which is to let the inhaled Qi swim in the upper body. The third is to target the pain when you have illness, in order to achieve the purpose of restoring health. However, to practice at this stage, you must develop on the basis of the second one. The practice of the Nasal Breathing Method is guided by tracing and writing, because in this way there is “movement in stillness, stillness in movement”. I think that practicing Qigong should not be done in a single way, but in a combination of stillness and movement. Many instructors separate stillness and movement, and teach people to learn stillness and then talk about moving exercises. At first, start with words, phrases, and sentences, just like learning methods for primary school students. After mastering them, create sentences and dictate and write down whole sentences and chapters. I like to practice qigong by dictation and memorization of Tang and Song poems, and it is easy to feel the mood of the author.
Original qigong had no name, and later part of it was called “dance”, such as “Lüshi Chunqiu” said “muscles and bones are shrunken and cannot reach, so it is used as dance to promote it”. During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, qigong was summarized in “guiding and pressing”, such as “flaccidity, cold and heat, its treatment is suitable for guiding and pressing”, and the meditation, sitting and forgetting, meditation, fetal breathing, qi circulation, qi absorption, qi regulation, Zhoutian, inner alchemy, etc. scattered in the works of famous masters of all dynasties also belong to the content of qigong. As for the word “qigong”, it was first seen in the book “Jingming Religious Records” written by Xu Xun, a Taoist priest in the Jin Dynasty. Even if this is a pseudonymous work in later generations, it was at least in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. “Zhongshan Yugui Fuqi Jing”, which appeared after the Sui and Tang Dynasties, records: “Qigong Wonderful Chapter, the way of qi technique is roughly the same…”, but the connotation is not completely consistent with what we call qigong now.
Features
One:
The theory of meridians, acupoints, and qi and blood is the theoretical basis of Chinese Qigong. Traditional Chinese medicine includes rich content, and Qigong is a magnificent pearl in the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine.
The theory of meridians, acupoints, and qi and blood is the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theoretical basis of Chinese Qigong.
The meridians, acupoints, and qi and blood are very complex human phenomena. It can be explained simply and vividly: meridians are the channels for the circulation of qi and blood, and acupoints are the entrances and exits of qi and blood.
The reason why Qigong can improve health and cure diseases lies in the fact that acupoints are benignly stimulated, and qi and blood flow smoothly in the meridians.
Two:
Chinese Qigong embodies the holistic view of the unity of man and nature, the unity of man and nature, and the unity of form and spirit.
Chinese Qigong emphasizes the unity of man and nature, and man and nature have a close and inseparable connection. The human body is affected and affected by factors such as climate and environment. Chinese Qigong pays attention to and attaches importance to the dynamic adaptation between man and nature.
Chinese Qigong emphasizes the unity of man and society. Social environment has a close relationship with human health and disease. Chinese Qigong practice emphasizes that people should adapt to society.
Chinese Qigong emphasizes the unity of form and spirit. Qigong is a self-body and mind exercise method with Chinese characteristics. It can improve both the physiological function and the psychological function of the human body. Qigong improves the physiological and psychological functions of the human body at the same time, and the two are interconnected and mutually restricted.
Three:
Chinese Qigong is influenced and influenced by Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism and medicine.
In the process of its formation and development, Chinese Qigong absorbed some theories and health-preserving and disease-eliminating techniques from Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism and medicine, and gradually formed the profound theoretical system and colorful health-preserving techniques of Chinese Qigong.
I recommend this method because it is easy to learn and apply, and it allows friends to quickly enter the practice of Qigong. The guiding ideology before this has focused on “recovering the mind and seeking tranquility” to achieve a good way to nourish the essence, strengthen the body, eliminate diseases, and prolong life. The author believes that the basic element to maintain human life is essence. If the essence is sufficient, the body will be strong, if the essence is insufficient, the body will be weak, and if the essence is exhausted, the person will die. Generally speaking, people have strong essence in their youth, and their income and expenditure are balanced, so there is no worry about fatigue; but when people reach middle age, their essence gradually decreases, and their income cannot make up for their expenses. The more time passes, the greater the “deficit”, and the body will decline day by day. If you don’t know how to control your lust, the essence will be lost and the body will decline more quickly. The nasal breathing method teaches people how to replenish the lost essence through self-cultivation and conserve energy. Therefore, from the perspective of my personal physical condition, I cannot only practice one method. I can seek medical advice, strengthen nutrition, participate in more sports, etc. When you learn Qigong, the key is to adjust your mindset, cultivate your Qi, and nourish your essence and life.
The nasal breathing method is the initial stage of Qigong. It can give the central nervous system of the brain a full rest, and the body functions can be fully adjusted. It has a unique effect on the treatment of neurasthenia, insomnia and other diseases. Long-term practice can make people clear-headed and restore their intelligence. Because the central nervous system of the brain is fully suppressed and rested, it can not only eliminate fatigue but also be nourished, thereby strengthening the command function of the central mechanism and playing the role of nourishing the brain and nourishing the mind. Therefore, at this stage, there are no too harsh requirements for beginners. As long as you can focus your attention and vigilance on the tip of your nose, you can practice at any time and place, as long as you can write three or five words silently. For example, when you lie in bed in the morning, write the words “get up”, “go to work” or “no more sleep”. During the break time at work, write “tired” or “busy”. If there is a painful part, write “neck”, “shoulder”, etc. If you can’t fall asleep due to insomnia, write “insomnia”. Let it be, don’t force it. After a certain period of practice, you will clearly feel that the written words are in the eyesight model, and they will become clearer and clearer, and colors will appear. Long-term practice of nasal breathing method has a unique effect on neurasthenia, long night insomnia, nocturnal emission, impotence, kidney deficiency, physical weakness and other symptoms. It can also change people’s spiritual quality, broaden people’s horizons, people’s ideological realm, cultivate people’s moral sentiments, increase people’s wisdom and ability, and turn fools into wise men. The nose is used to smell the five flavors of the outside world, and it is also a respiratory organ. When practicing, you should regulate your breath and qi, take deep breaths or reverse breaths, and even fetal breaths. Step by step
The second stage is to practice Qigong, and here we need to borrow the learning method of Tai Chi; when practicing, we need to concentrate, relax the whole body, press the tongue against the palate, hold the chest and pull the back, sink the shoulders and elbows, empty the head and head, sink the Qi into the Dantian, use the mind to move the Qi, gather the spirit into the bones, and empty the heart and fill the abdomen. It is to seek tranquility in motion, so as to relax the muscles and activate the collaterals, regulate the internal organs, make the meridians smooth, nourish the mind and nourish the brain, and live a healthy and long life. This is completely consistent with the requirements of the author’s quiet and resting exercises and the influence and role they play. The difference is that Tai Chi itself is a fighting skill, which seeks tranquility in motion, mainly practices the form, and develops from the outside to the inside. The richest content of Qigong is to regulate the five internal organs. The practice of the nasal breathing method is to make the five elements of the human body mutually generate, the yin and yang harmonize, the heart fire descends, the kidney water rises, and the mouth produces saliva. More body fluid means stronger appetite, stronger appetite means more kidney water, more kidney water means all the seven treasures (i.e. tears, saliva, body fluid, essence, qi, blood, and fluid) are complete, all the seven treasures means harmony of the five internal organs, harmony of the five internal organs means elimination of internal diseases. Therefore, the nasal breathing method is unique in treating heart disease, spleen and stomach disease, lung disease, hepatitis, kidney deficiency and kidney cold, and various chronic diseases. Clear the mind and clear the day. The essence of the five internal organs is gathered in the eyes (white eyeball belongs to the lung, black eyeball belongs to the liver, pupil belongs to the kidney, big eye corner belongs to the heart, small eye corner belongs to the spleen). The eyes are the windows of the soul. In ancient times, the eyes were called the sun and the moon, and also the golden male and wooden female, the golden crow and the jade rabbit. It is also said that the spirit of man is in the brain, and its mechanism is in the eyes. There are many names for the eyes, which cannot be enumerated. In the whole process of practicing the author’s dual cultivation of sex and life, the eyes of a person shoulder the most difficult, complex and important task. For example, holding the eyes, looking inward, returning the light, long-term vision, running the sun and the moon, the small and large Zhoutian, the canal cart, turning the ** to control the qi, etc., all must rely on its divine power to achieve the desired effect. Those who are pure in the skill not only have good hearing and good eyesight, but also have bright eyesight and clear mind until old age.
The process from inhalation to exhalation is a small Zhoutian; the breathing requirement in Qigong is from the bottom of the back to the top of the head, and the airflow passes through the lumbar spine, the big vertebra, the Baihui, the philtrum, and the five internal organs. Therefore, it is normal to see the words appear in color during the nasal breathing method writing practice, not because the practice causes dazzling eyes. When everyone can see colored words, they have reached the stage of practicing the small Zhoutian. The five internal organs of the human body have five colors, golden, white, red, green, and black. When we see the color of the font is black, it is the reflection of the kidney, green is the reflection of the liver, red is the reflection of the stomach, white is the reflection of the lung, and golden is the reflection of the heart.
When practicing the small Zhoutian with Qigong, you can usually sit or stand. Do not cross your limbs. The time can be long or short. If you are in good health, do not demand yourself blindly. People with illnesses can stop practicing after a few minutes. You can practice repeatedly to achieve ease as much as possible. People with illnesses can spend more time learning Qigong with the “nasal breathing method” and reduce the use of Qigong to practice the “small Zhoutian”. Because they have illnesses, it means that the Qi is scattered and it is not easy to concentrate immediately. At the same time, there is also the situation of Qi stagnation. Wherever there is pain in the body, the human body’s Qi will be entangled there. Therefore, using the “nasal breathing method” more can play the role of gathering and dividing Qi. As long as the Qi is smooth, whether it is full or not, it will be fast to practice the “small Zhoutian” with Qigong.
People with poor health need to spend more time practicing Qigong. When they are at the highest level of the “nasal breathing method”, they have to use it repeatedly. From time to time, they have to gather and divide Qi, which will more or less affect and affect the content of their learning of the second stage. The highest center of the purposeful movement of the nasal breathing method is in the cerebral cortex, which mainly affects and acts on the somatic nerves of the skeletal muscles. It is equivalent to the regulation and control of “intention” in health-preserving qigong (attention and precaution, intention guarding, intention leading, etc.), with a clear and specific orientation and action. “When the intention goes, the qi goes”, and the state of the muscles and other parts of the body that are paid attention to and precautions will be quickly adjusted.
Qigong Concept
In the practice of “small Zhoutian”, there will be the phenomenon of qi surging and qi running, so you should have a calm and not irritable mentality. If this happens during the practice, you should disperse it and then stop. Poor physical health or emotional instability are often the most likely to happen, and always force people to give up halfway. The author recommends that before using qigong to practice “small Zhoutian”, you should first use the “nasal breathing method” to guide it. For example, when running, taking the starting posture is to adjust the body, holding a breath is to adjust the breath, and listening to the wall sound of the starter is to adjust the mind. The “three adjustments” are all there, but this is not qigong, just sports, because the “three adjustments” in it are operated separately and not combined into one. The characteristic of Qigong practice is to achieve the integration of the three adjustments through the separate operation of the “three adjustments”. In the state of the integration of the three adjustments, a unified state is formed. From the perspective of Qigong, because the purpose is reduced, the operational scope of Qigong practice is also reduced accordingly. As mentioned earlier, the operational activities of Qigong practice are the three adjustments, namely, adjusting the body, adjusting the breath, and adjusting the mind. Therefore, many Qigong exercises can be divided into three categories: mainly adjusting the body, mainly adjusting the breath, and mainly adjusting the mind, such as martial arts Qigong, Buddhist Qigong, and Taoist Qigong. Because the purpose of health Qigong is to keep fit, the three adjustments that are closest to fitness are adjusting the body. Therefore, Qigong exercises that focus on adjusting the body will be favored in health Qigong.
There is a passage in the Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine that describes the life process of a person. The general meaning is: When a woman reaches 35 years old, her qi and blood decline, her face begins to become haggard, and her hair begins to fall out; when she reaches 42 years old, the three yang meridians that ascend decline, her entire face becomes haggard, and her hair begins to turn white; when she reaches 49 years old, her menstruation stops, so her body ages and she can no longer have children. When a man reaches 40 years old, his kidney qi begins to decline, his hair begins to fall out, and his teeth gradually wither; when he reaches 48 years old, his yang qi declines on his face, his face becomes haggard, and his hair begins to turn gray; when he reaches 56 years old, his liver qi declines, and he becomes less flexible; when he reaches 64 years old, his qi declines, and his teeth and hair fall out. This is the understanding of the physiological changes of middle-aged and elderly people by ancient Chinese people more than 2,000 years ago.
What changes will occur in internal organs and physiology after a person enters adulthood?
Respiratory system: After the age of 35, the elasticity of the lungs decreases, and the vital capacity decreases by about 1% each year;
Circulatory system: After the age of 30, the blood pumping capacity decreases by 6% to 8% every decade, and the blood pressure rises by 5% to 6%;
Digestive system: gastrointestinal motility weakens, gastric acid secretion decreases, indigestion and constipation are prone to occur, and the liver gradually ages after the age of 60;
Urinary system: Kidney yang deficiency and insufficient kidney qi lead to symptoms such as frequent urination and prostate hypertrophy;
Reproductive system: Kidney yin and kidney yang deficiency, reproductive organ atrophy, and reduced sexual function;
Immune system: The response to foreign antigens is weakened, and the ability to protect the body is lost. Some bacteria, viruses and cancer cells are more likely to invade the body.
Motor system: The proportion of inorganic salts in bones increases, collagen decreases, fractures are prone to occur, the number of muscle fibers decreases, and the extensibility and elasticity decrease, which can easily cause muscle damage and fractures.
Nervous system: Memory loss, slow response to sensation and thinking.
This is the physiological condition of normal middle-aged and elderly people, but the speed of changes in human physiological functions can be adjusted through one’s own efforts, delaying aging, and living a healthy and long life.
For human life span, health standards, and age division, each stage is different. The World Health Organization has made the latest definition of age division based on the current human growth and health status:
Before the age of 45, people are young people, 45 to 64 years old are middle-aged people, and people over 65 years old are old people. Among them, 65 to 74 years old are young elderly people, 75 to 90 years old are formal elderly people, and people over 90 years old are senior elderly people. This is different from our traditional concept. “It is rare for a person to live to 70 years old.” Nowadays, 70 years old is not surprising.
Everyone wants to live a long life, but they need to clearly understand the reasons for premature death. There are generally three reasons: one is complete aging, the second is death from illness, and the third is an accident. According to statistics, their proportions are: 5%, 80%, and 15%. Complete aging death is the end of one’s life, which is what we pursue. This has a lot to do with daily living habits and nutritional status. This will be our main research target in the future. If people want to live a long life, they must take targeted measures and choose a healthy lifestyle, then the goal of longevity can be achieved.
