Generally applicable recipes
Breakfast: 1 bag of milk or soy milk, 1 egg, 1 liang of grain, 2 liang of vegetables or 1 banana, 2 walnut kernels or a few other nuts (breakfast is “gold”, you must eat well).
Lunch: 1 liang of meat, fish, shrimp, chicken (choose 1), 1~2 liang of grain, unlimited vegetables, half an apple or 2 liang of grapes (Lunch is “silver”, eat enough but not too much).
Dinner: Grain is optional, vegetables are unlimited, less oil and salt, mainly light, eat more acidic fruits, no porridge and soup, no water after 8 pm (dinner is “copper”, you can eat it, but it’s meaningless not to eat it).
Note: Everyone’s working and living conditions are different, and the recipe can be adjusted according to the situation.
3-day weight loss recipe
Day 1
Breakfast: half a grapefruit, two spoons of peanut butter, 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 can of canned tuna (soaked in mineral water), 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Dinner: half a head of white cauliflower, two slices of meat, 10 green beans (lentils), 10 red grapes, 1 apple, 1 vanilla ice cream (half a cup), 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Day 2
Breakfast: half a banana, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 cup of yogurt, 2 slices of soda crackers, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Dinner: 2 hot dogs, half a head of green cauliflower, 10 red grapes, half a banana, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of soda crackers, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Dinner: 1 can of tuna (soaked in mineral water), 10 red grapes, half a head of white cauliflower, half a banana, 1 vanilla ice cream (half a cup), 1 cup of coffee or tea.
Note:
① Drink 5 cups of water every day (1 cup each in the morning, noon and evening, and 1 cup each between meals), and do not drink water or eat anything else.
② Raw food can only be boiled, seasoned with salt and pepper (no other ingredients).
③ Follow the order of food, and do not replace it with other foods.
④ Do not add sugar or milk to coffee or tea.
⑤ The formula acts as a chemical reaction and cannot be changed at will.
Note: The first diet for 3 consecutive days can reduce 2~4.5kg. After 3 days, you can eat normally, but not excessively.
