Xing Xihuai was born in the 23rd year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (approximately from 1595 to 1671) and lived in the South Street of Zhaobao Town. After Xing Gong’s apprenticeship, he studied the boxing theory in depth and mastered it. He was not only proficient in boxing but also proficient in weapons. Among them, he practiced the Spring and Autumn broadsword to the extreme.

In the process of practicing Tai Chi, Xing Gong constantly comprehended the Tai Chi theory and Laozi’s Taoism, and wrote many articles such as “Tai Chi Boxing” and “Tai Chi Boxing Theory” to pass on to future generations.

According to Mr. Xing Jiuchun, the 13th generation grandson of the Xing family: Xing Gong Xihuai is the fourth generation of the Xing family.
