Zhaobao Tai Chi is one of the oldest and most primitive forms of Tai Chi in China. It is said to have been founded by Wudang Taoist Zhang Sanfeng and inherited and developed by descendants in Zhaobao Town. Its characteristics are smooth and rounded movements, delicate movements, concise routines, and emphasis on the unity of body and mind, and the combination of inside and outside. Zhaobao Tai Chi is not only a fitness art, but also an exquisite martial art, and is known as the “living fossil of Tai Chi.”
Mr. Jun Zheng is the second son of Mr. Zheng Wuqing. He learned martial arts from his father since he was young. He lived with his father for decades and was inseparable from him. He learned from his father’s words and deeds and understood his father’s teachings. He taught at the Seventh Branch of the Whampoa Military Academy with his father and passed on his martial arts skills on behalf of his father. Over the years, he finally became a famous teacher of Zhaobao Tai Chi.

It can prolong life when used for self-cultivation, and shock the world when used for fighting. Mr. Jun Zheng’s boxing posture is straight, relaxed and flexible, with a straight form and smooth qi, and the whole body is coordinated. Although he suffers from stage III silicosis, which is considered by the medical community to be only resting and unable to take care of himself, he is still refreshed and majestic for more than 40 years, all thanks to the magical effect of long-term practice of Zhaobao Tai Chi.
