Zhaobao Taijiquan Xiaojia Zheng Wuqing’s boxing method has 75 boxing postures, all of which are for drawing circles and walking in circles, which is the core and feature of this boxing style. The whole boxing posture is to turn a big circle first and then a small circle, just like a spring silkworm spinning silk continuously, which is composed of clockwise and counterclockwise circles. The practice of boxing postures follows the rules of (three straights), (four smooths), (six combinations) and (mind penetrating four tips). (Three straights) are head straight, body straight, calf straight, (four smooths) are legs smooth, feet smooth, hands smooth, body method smooth, six combinations are hands and feet combined, arms and hips combined, elbows and knees combined, which are the external three combinations, and the internal three combinations are heart and mind combined, qi and force combined, tendons and bones combined. Its superior kung fu requires the invisible release of the air force. It can truly achieve the control of movement with stillness, so that the offender can pounce at hand.
