1: Master the boxing theory

The boxing theory of Zhaobao Tai Chi is subtle and the rules are strict. From the skin, hair, bones, flesh, tendons, collaterals, qi, blood, and internal organs, there are rules and regulations everywhere. If you can do all of these, you will be reborn, the whole body will be in one, the qi will be gathered into the bones, the three gates will be activated, the whole body will be one, the inside and outside will be unified, the yin and yang will be balanced, and the opening and closing will be natural and appropriate. This is to understand the power, and you will be close to the gods.

6: Handover

After understanding the power, practice handover. Handover too early will cause many sick hands, sick power, and sick styles, which will be difficult to correct over time. Find the power through handover, peng, lu, ji, an, cai, li, zhou, kao, jin, tu, gu, guang, ding; check: whether “four ounces to move a thousand pounds” is achieved; whether the power is changed from the inside, and self-sacrifice follows others; whether the other party does not move, I do not move, the other party moves slightly, I move first; whether single-weight force is used and then enters a chaotic circle. After the handover practice is mature, it lays the foundation for fighting.

7: Fighting

No matter what Tai Chi style, fighting and health preservation are the highest goals. Lack of either is not ideal. In history, there were many masters, but why are there so many practitioners and few fighting now? This is because our hearts have not reached it. As long as you practice according to the above seven requirements, people will balance yin and yang and supplement the innate. The five elements are interdependent, and the mind is calm and the spirit is relaxed. The qi is like bones, and once the qi and blood are prosperous, the body will become stronger day by day, and the disease will naturally disappear.
