There are various types of Tai Chi in circulation today, such as large and small frames. There are also individual action combination routines taken from the Tai Chi frames and high-difficulty aerial competitive movements added. With the evolution of skills and the development needs of real society, Tai Chi is also adapting to the current popular trends and making corresponding changes. The original intention of Tai Chi was to prolong the life of heroes and heroes in the world and increase their skills. In the past, it was called internal boxing, which is a method for martial artists to use external skills and cultivate internal skills.

Only when the internal skills are stable and full can the external effects be better exerted. The function of the body is derived from the ability of the body to enhance its quality.

With the cognition of civilization, people gradually understand physiological functions in the evolution of society. The boxing movements also become more in line with the needs of dredging the meridians and building muscles and bones, making it a real method of hygiene, thus making an outstanding contribution to human health. The effective methods extracted from kung fu are restored to serve health in life and become an indispensable part of self-defense sports. Tai Chi is an outstanding contribution and creation of martial artists to protect human health and improve themselves through the understanding of life evolution.

Through the movement form of Tai Chi culture and boxing, the purpose of strengthening the body by cultivating both culture and martial arts is achieved. It is to use the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion principles of meridians and internal organs to achieve self-defense functions with effective movements, and play a role in maintenance and protection. It is the wisdom cognition realized by martial artists.

  1. Eliminate entropy and eliminate troubles

Reducing entropy is the best way to eliminate uncertainty in the body system.

Filling the gap, restoring, and building the foundation are the basic rules of cultivation. Filling the gap means expressing the defects through movements, which is called entropy removal in internal cultivation. Entropy removal is to get rid of the stiffness, awkwardness, discomfort, weakness and emptiness in the movements, and to eliminate the problems that affect the liveliness and vitality accumulated from heredity and growth. Through gentle and relaxing movements, it can be improved to good, eliminate hidden dangers, and obtain the basic guarantee of calming the mind and strengthening the body.

Removing shortcomings is to save life, and enhancing quality can prolong life. This is the simplest cognitive behavior.

  1. Unblocking the body system

Restoration is to restore the life system to normal after removing entropy through relaxation, so that the system is smooth and unobstructed, so as to know the principle of body structure combination and carry out effective penetration and unblocking practice with meridians as the system.

From the body to the hands, from the inside to the outside, increase the oxygen volume by dredging the lung meridian, keep the thymus elastic, dredge the heart meridian from the inside to the little finger, open the liver meridian from the ribs to the hands, dredge the gallbladder meridian from the feet to the hands, turn the crotch to open the hips to enhance the peristalsis of the abdominal gland and keep the elasticity of the abdominal gland, support the waist from the legs to the shoulders to strengthen the kidneys and bones, etc., through the penetration of the system to the understanding of the shortcomings of up and down, left and right, front and back, find the lack, degradation and blockage of the interconnection in the system channel, and form a stable interconnection through connection and matching balance.

After understanding the Tao, you know that you have to do your own dredging, eliminate your own defects, eliminate your own internal dampness, strengthen your own consolidation, and do your own things, and you can’t rely on others. Have the wisdom of maintaining the Tao, have the ability to eliminate problems and solve your own problems, and understand that not accumulating problems is the guarantee of health.

  1. Internal construction

The system is the tendons and veins of the human body. The order of tendons and veins is distributed throughout the body from the inside to the outside, vertically and horizontally. The movements are connected with the rising, closing, opening, falling, bending and stretching to consciously connect the weak, helpless and degenerate functions, regulate the mutual response between up and down, left and right, front and back, make the consciousness compact, increase the blood oxygen concentration and muscle fiber, and achieve meticulousness. Meticulousness comes from mutual assistance to combine, and only when the knot can it be solid, it is the foundation.

In martial arts, the arms and back are strengthened after lifting. The strength of the arms is not as strong as the thighs, and the strength of the thighs is not as strong as the waist. The strength of the whole body can be heavy. The hands are the representatives of the body. After leaving, the strength of the hands is not strong enough to support each other. It is difficult to play a role between each other. The unity between each other is strength. The goal of Tai Chi practice is to be complete and unified.

If the body is missing, the branches will appear in various ways without reason. The missing, exhaustion, degeneration and obstruction in the evolution of life will affect the orderly operation and distribution of the system. It is necessary not only to make up for the gaps but also to balance in parallel, and self-regulation is intentionally connected.

The two arms are connected through the clavicle and the upper arm, and the upper and lower parts are connected through the strengthening of the lateral waist muscles. When they are continuously advanced and strengthened, they will bring corresponding stable strength. When one side is strengthened, the weakness of the other will automatically appear. From weak to strong, continuous practice will continue, and Chongyang will continue to be reborn.

Lack will cause system obstacles. Continuous construction and consolidation is the guarantee of creating safety.

From the inside to the outside, from the root to the tip, the meridians are unblocked. It is understood that the body and hands are connected, the roots and tips are connected, and they are complete and flawless, which conforms to the principle of muscle unity and mixed qi.

In practice, the role of tendons, bones, qi and blood is perceived through the system, and deficiencies are found and constructed. These deficiencies need to be matched and connected through internal health, internal interconnection, and complete qi. For example, the qi sinks to the feet to unblock the central meridian. The place without knowledge and feeling is the place that needs to be observed and cultivated. To cultivate the whole body from insensitivity to consciousness is to cultivate without leakage. Self-cultivation is daily practice.

Internal matching and interconnection are the self-cultivation of silent rubbing. When the senses and perceptions are connected in parallel to form a multi-energy collection, it is the Tai Chi practice of the eight trigrams responding to each other and returning to one.

Continuous casting is the perception of the body’s continuous virtuality and reality. The virtuality and reality are clearly distinguished. There is reality and there is virtuality. The refining of the virtuality and the integration of the Tao will be more consolidated, and it will advance from discovery. “Discovering the insufficiency is the greatest significance.” Make the body’s separation, representation, and ignorance achieve a regular order in the system cognition, and achieve full strength throughout the body. This kind of continuous construction and consolidation of practice is Taoism. The farther the Tao is from the lack, the longer life can be achieved. The more obstacles are missing, the closer it is to exhaustion.

  1. The mind is all over the body

Focus on the mind rather than the qi. Consciousness is connected with wisdom and the soul. When the human body no longer grows, only the light of the soul and the thorough perception of the body can be increased. Perception is called observation or perception in Buddhism. All the occurrences and creations in the world are derived from perception. The breadth and depth of perception determine the longevity of things.

The foundation of life is the three elements of Qi, water and light. There is the perception of Qi, the ability to spread all the pores, the ability to feel the light, and the ability to know oneself. You know what you know and have a clear compassion.

The combination of form and meaning is the mechanism of Tai Chi Yin and Yang matching. When you enter the practice of meridians as a system, the construction of the system requires entropy elimination, matching, connection, penetration, cloud distribution, internal matching, construction, and consolidation. These problems come one after another. The construction of system engineering is difficult to achieve system smoothness without the method of mutual assistance. There is no value orientation for life safety without the practice of building and consolidating the foundation. Construction and consolidation start from self-awareness bit by bit, so there is a saying of small but fine, small but clever, and small but capable. Start from a young age and eliminate defects. Defense is also the work of using the weak to control the strong and never dealing with the inappropriate.

When every part of the body can be hardened from feeling, it means that it is strong, then you will understand that the strong part is the effect of spirit and blood oxygen, and you will also understand the meaning of the balance and mutual assistance of yin and yang and the mutual response of the eight trigrams in traditional Chinese culture.

System perception is the perception of bioelectricity or pulse conduction, the recognition of pulses is the function of the sensitive function of the nervous system, the feeling of moving without moving is the performance of oneness and transparency, and the inner perception of the light of life is in line with the description of “the whole body is transparent, invisible and imageless”. When the body has a sense of inner observation and transparency, you will understand that the great way is silent.

It is difficult to enter the realm of martial arts by focusing on boxing and kicking skills.

  1. Wuji leads to Taiji, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, three gives birth to all things, and many abilities gather together

The sound is immeasurable, and the great way is silent. Ninety percent of the dark matter in the universe is invisible, and only ten percent is visible to humans. Cultivation is a very comprehensive cultivation of the body from the feeling of ten percent to the perception of one hundred percent. When you understand that life is a huge interconnected system, cultivating without leakage and starting from the discovery of problems is the greatest significance, you can get true freedom.

Tai Chi practice is from soft and soothing to light and agile like the wind, from having a system to a versatile built-in to inner light and transparency, intelligent management, and then to the re-cognition of tendons, bones, qi and blood. It is a process of upside-down cultivation and cognition, and also a process of re-cognition and cultivation of team building. From sensibility to rationality and then to the understanding that dominating tendons, bones, qi and blood and strength and every muscle is not powerful, it is a subtle and meticulous cultivation process of seeing the mind and seeing the nature. The spirit can move first and feel first, which is the kung fu of knowing in the micro.

You can’t see the river without climbing over the mountain. You are only interested in the chicken when you look at the mountain. Even if the chicken passes by in an instant, it is recorded by you because you only have the concept of chicken and not the concept of mountains, rivers, water and trees. Studying the same textbooks, others can get into college, but you can’t because your cognitive level is not deep enough. To find Wudang, you can’t just look for it in the practice of boxing and kicking. The contribution to the soul, the system, and the self-defense of strengthening the inner quality can far exceed the contribution to the external use. It’s just that the wise words of emphasizing the inner rather than the outer, emphasizing the mind rather than the inner cultivation of qi have been led astray by those who seek profit.

The difference between internal and external martial arts is that internal martial arts pay more attention to the inside, while external martial arts pay more attention to the face. Internal martial arts are tested by the quality and life span of life, while external martial arts are measured by the actual boxing and courage. There is no difference in the functions of internal and external martial arts. In terms of the form of expression, internal martial arts pay more attention to the upper body of kung fu, while external martial arts focus on the kung fu of boxing and kicking.
