Embora tenha apenas 24 movimentos, comparado com rotinas tradicionais de Tai Chi, seu conte\u00fado \u00e9 mais refinado, os movimentos s\u00e3o mais padronizados e pode refletir completamente as caracter\u00edsticas de movimento do Tai Chi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A seguir est\u00e3o as precau\u00e7\u00f5es para a pr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.
