Het betekent de wetten van de natuur volgen, of zeggen dat alles zijn natuurlijke wetten moet volgen. Tai Chi is geen uitzondering. Het moet de natuurlijke wetten van het lichaam volgen en alles moet soepel zijn. Van de geest tot de bewegingen van het lichaam, alles moet natuurlijk zijn. Dus wat is natuurlijk?
