Hou Chunxiu (1904-1985), de 10e generatie erfgenaam van Zhaobao Taijiquan, was de erevoorzitter van de Xi'an Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan Research Association. Meester Hou Chunxiu werd geboren in Zhaobao. Op 18-jarige leeftijd aanbad hij Zhang Jingzhi als zijn leraar. Hij respecteerde zijn leraar en respecteerde zijn leraar als zijn vader.
