{"id":31,"count":1,"description":"Chen Style Tai Chi is one of the schools of Tai Chi, which appeared in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Chen-style Tai Chi is divided into the old frame and the new frame. The old frame was created by Chen Wangting of Chenjiagou, Wen County, Henan Province in the early Qing Dynasty. There are seven routines in the old frame of Chen-style Tai Chi, of which only the first and second (Pao Chui) are circulated. Around the Daoguang and Xianfeng years, Chen Youben, the fifth-generation disciple of Chen Wangting, removed some difficult movements from the old frame and compiled it into the new frame of Chen-style Tai Chi. Chen-style Tai Chi is also divided into big and small frames, as well as new and old frames. The second frame belongs to the big frame series, which was summarized and compiled by Chen Changxing, the fourteenth generation of Chen style, in the family boxing frame. After the new frame compiled by Chen Fake was circulated, this routine was gradually called the small frame. Other routines also include weapons and sparring.","link":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/.\/taichi-blog\/chen-style-tai-chi","name":"Tai Chi stile Chen","slug":"chen-style-tai-chi","taxonomy":"category","parent":1,"meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories\/31","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomies\/category"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories\/1"}],"wp:post_type":[{"href":"https:\/\/zhaobaotaiji.com\/it\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts?categories=31"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
