Ketika mereka pertama kali lahir ke dunia, mereka menangis &quot;Ah&quot; dan napas mereka keluar masuk. Dalam seratus hari, ketika mereka diam, napas mereka seolah berhenti. Faktanya, napas bergerak secara alami di Dantian, tidak bergantung pada hidung. Namun, seiring latihan semakin mendalam, keterampilannya pun berangsur-angsur meningkat, dan ketika mencapai ranah tertentu, pernapasan tidak lagi hanya bergantung pada hidung, tetapi bisa tenang. Hidung tidak lagi bernapas dengan jelas, tetapi akarnya masih bekerja secara halus. Pada akhirnya, ia bahkan dapat mencapai ranah pernapasan tingkat lanjut dengan otak.
