Seiring dengan semakin populernya Tai Chi di kalangan masyarakat, terutama dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan latihan kelompok dan meningkatkan kesenangan dalam latihan, musik diperkenalkan secara luas dan cepat dipopulerkan, menjadi alat bantu latihan yang sangat umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Perlu atau tidaknya memainkan musik ketika berlatih Tai Chi bergantung pada tujuan latihan masing-masing individu, tahap yang sedang mereka jalani, serta pemahaman dan pengejaran budaya Tai Chi mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tai Chi dapat dibagi menjadi empat tahap dari yang dangkal hingga yang dalam: tahap memimpin tubuh dengan tangan, tahap memimpin tangan dengan tubuh, tahap memimpin tangan dengan qi, dan tahap memimpin tangan dengan pikiran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dua tahap pertama merupakan tahap utama.
