Penyakit ini ditandai dengan kesedihan yang terus-menerus, kehilangan minat, dan kelelahan. Depresi dapat sangat mengganggu kemampuan seseorang untuk menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk pekerjaan, hubungan interpersonal, dan aktivitas yang menyenangkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengobatan TCM merupakan pendekatan holistik yang didasarkan pada prinsip pengobatan tradisional Tiongkok dan telah digunakan untuk mengobati depresi selama ribuan tahun. TCM memiliki keuntungan yang jelas dalam mengobati depresi. Berikut ini adalah rencana pengobatan yang sesuai berdasarkan etiologi dan patologi TCM sebagai referensi:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depresi dengan sindrom defisiensi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk depresi dengan sindrom defisiensi, seperti defisiensi jantung dan limpa, moksibusi dapat digunakan untuk pengobatan. Gunakan kerucut moksa berukuran kecil atau sedang. Nyalakan kerucut moksa berukuran kecil. Bila kulit terasa nyeri seperti terbakar, lepaskan kerucut moksa dan ganti dengan yang baru. Lanjutkan moksibusi selama 3 hingga 7 kali, dan kulit akan memerah setelah enam kali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(4) Moksibusi dengan jahe: Letakkan irisan jahe setebal 2 mm pada titik akupuntur, buat beberapa lubang di bagian tengah, dan letakkan kerucut moksa pada irisan jahe. Pilih 3 hingga 5 titik akupuntur setiap kali, dan lakukan moksibusi pada setiap titik akupuntur sebanyak 3 hingga 10 kali.
