Laozi a dit un jour : \u00ab Concentrez-vous sur la respiration et adoucissez-la. Pouvez-vous \u00eatre comme un b\u00e9b\u00e9 ? \u00bb Ce concept indique la direction et le domaine de la pratique de la respiration pour les pratiquants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La respiration des nouveau-n\u00e9s est la plus pure et la plus naturelle. Lorsqu\u2019ils viennent au monde, ils crient \u00ab Ah \u00bb et leur souffle entre et sort. Au bout de cent jours, lorsqu\u2019ils sont calmes, il semble que leur respiration s\u2019arr\u00eate. En fait, la respiration se d\u00e9place naturellement dans le Dantian, sans d\u00e9pendre du nez. Cet \u00e9tat de respiration naturelle est exactement le domaine que nous recherchons dans la pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au d\u00e9but, nous ne pouvons souvent que sentir la respiration nasale et penser que c&#039;est simple et ordinaire. Cependant, \u00e0 mesure que la pratique s&#039;approfondit, les comp\u00e9tences augmentent progressivement et lorsqu&#039;un certain niveau est atteint, la respiration ne d\u00e9pend plus uniquement du nez, mais peut \u00eatre calme. Le nez ne respire plus de mani\u00e8re \u00e9vidente, mais ses racines fonctionnent toujours subtilement. \u00c0 la fin, il peut m\u00eame atteindre le niveau avanc\u00e9 de la respiration avec le cerveau. Tout comme dans la m\u00e9thode de m\u00e9ditation et de contemplation du bouddhisme, nous devons d\u2019abord nous arr\u00eater, calmer notre c\u0153ur, puis \u00eatre calmes, afin de pouvoir observer les changements dans notre corps avec une sagesse int\u00e9rieure. Ce type d\u2019introspection est une exploration et une connaissance profondes de nous-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien classique chinois de l\u2019alchimie de l\u2019immortalit\u00e9 \u00ab Santongqi \u00bb mentionnait \u00e9galement \u00ab l\u2019illumination int\u00e9rieure du corps \u00bb, ce qui montre qu\u2019avant l\u2019introduction des \u00e9critures bouddhistes, nos anciens philosophes avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 explor\u00e9 et r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ces m\u00e9thodes de pratique exquises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pratique de la respiration du Tai Chi Tao\u00efste ne s&#039;acquiert pas du jour au lendemain, mais n\u00e9cessite une pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance et un entra\u00eenement de longue haleine.
