Cependant, de nombreuses personnes sont confuses quant \u00e0 la relation entre eux. Cet article analyse en d\u00e9tail la diff\u00e9rence entre le Tai Chi et le Qigong, et comment le Tai Chi a fait un pas de plus sur la base du Qigong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">01 Qigong : La base de la pratique du \u00ab Qi \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Qigong, comme son nom l\u2019indique, consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9guler et \u00e0 cultiver le \u00ab Qi \u00bb du corps par la r\u00e9gulation de la respiration, la m\u00e9ditation et des mouvements corporels simples. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une m\u00e9thode de pratique de base de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise et des arts martiaux, qui nous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9guler l\u2019\u00e9nergie du corps et \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019objectif de renforcement du corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tai Chi : une utilisation plus complexe de l&#039;\u00e9nergie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Tai Chi n\u2019est pas seulement un \u00ab exercice d\u2019arts martiaux \u00bb au ralenti, c\u2019est en fait une version am\u00e9lior\u00e9e du Qigong. Sur la base du Qigong, le Tai Chi introduit l\u2019intention des arts martiaux et des mouvements plus complexes, nous permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, la force et la souplesse du corps tout en pratiquant le \u00ab Qi \u00bb. Comme le dit le ma\u00eetre de Tai Chi Chen Weiming : \u00ab Le Tai Chi est du Qigong avec des intentions d\u2019arts martiaux. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#039;\u00e9p\u00e9e du Tai Chi : le summum de l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;\u00e9nergie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le Tai Chi est l\u2019avanc\u00e9e du Qigong, alors le Tai Chi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9p\u00e9e en est le summum. Lorsque nous pratiquons le Tai Chi \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9p\u00e9e, nous devons non seulement contr\u00f4ler le \u00ab qi \u00bb dans le corps, mais aussi apprendre \u00e0 guider le \u00ab qi \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du corps, par exemple en l\u2019exprimant \u00e0 travers l\u2019\u00e9p\u00e9e. Cette pratique ne consiste pas seulement \u00e0 exercer le corps, mais aussi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler notre \u00e9nergie int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">02 Double am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9 et pr\u00e9servation de la sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Qigong et le Tai Chi ont tous deux des effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques importants sur la sant\u00e9 physique, en aidant \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer le \u00ab qi \u00bb dans le corps, \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&#039;immunit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;auto-gu\u00e9rison du corps. Mais le Tai Chi, en combinant respiration, pens\u00e9es et mouvements, peut am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 du corps \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur, notamment en termes d&#039;esprit et de mentalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le sommet philosophique du Tai Chi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pratique du Tai Chi ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 un simple mouvement physique. Elle est profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9e dans l\u2019ancienne philosophie tao\u00efste chinoise : l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre le yin et le yang. Le Tai Chi peut non seulement r\u00e9guler l\u2019\u00e9nergie du corps, mais aussi nous aider \u00e0 trouver la paix int\u00e9rieure et l\u2019harmonie dans la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ceux qui souhaitent pratiquer en profondeur la pr\u00e9servation de la sant\u00e9, le Qigong et le Tai Chi sont tous deux de tr\u00e8s bons choix.
