Zuo Zhiqiang a appris le Xingyiquan aupr\u00e8s de Ding Liantang, un c\u00e9l\u00e8bre boxeur p\u00e9kinois connu sous le nom de \u00ab Singe vivant \u00bb. En 1968, il a suivi Wang Juzhang, le successeur de la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du Baguazhang, pour apprendre le Xianyi Baguazhang. En 1982, il a eu la chance de rencontrer le ma\u00eetre de Tai Chi Li Jingwu et a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9 comme son disciple. Apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Ma\u00eetre Jingwu, M. Zuo a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le Tai Chi aupr\u00e8s de Feng Zhiqiang, le fondateur du Tai Chi Hunyuan. Les quatre ma\u00eetres ont choisi leurs talents pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s comme disciples et les ont tous enseign\u00e9s, transmettant sans r\u00e9serve \u00e0 M. Zuo les trois principales techniques de boxe et les techniques internes de leur propre \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que les trois \u00e9coles de comp\u00e9tences internes aient des formes diff\u00e9rentes, leurs principes sont les m\u00eames et elles sont h\u00e9rit\u00e9es de la m\u00eame lign\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Qi Tuogong, les techniques internes du Tai Chi et le Sanxin Guiyigong pratiqu\u00e9s par M.
