Il \u00e9tait le neuvi\u00e8me grand ma\u00eetre du Zhaobaoquan. Il \u00e9tait le petit-fils a\u00een\u00e9 de He Zhaoyuan. Son grand-p\u00e8re lui a enseign\u00e9 les techniques du Tai Chi \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e2ge de 8 ans, et ce pendant 10 ans. Plus tard, son grand-p\u00e8re souffrant de troubles mentaux, il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 dur jusqu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e2ge de 32 ans. Cependant, en raison de la pression de la vie, il a d\u00fb gagner sa vie en tant que petit vendeur et a arr\u00eat\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9tudier pendant 40 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fran\u00e7aisAu cours de la 17e ann\u00e9e de la R\u00e9publique de Chine (100 apr\u00e8s J.C.), les mus\u00e9es d&#039;arts martiaux du centre de Nanjing et de la province du Henan furent successivement cr\u00e9\u00e9s. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, He Qingxi avait plus de 70 ans. Voyant la bonne situation, il se rappela avec joie le processus d&#039;apprentissage du Tai Chi dans ses premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s 8 mois de recueillement, il rassembla finalement toutes les postures, routines et th\u00e9ories combin\u00e9es \u00e0 sa propre pratique et enseigna \u00e0 des dizaines de personnes. Au cours de la 20e ann\u00e9e de la R\u00e9publique de Chine, Kaifeng organisa une comp\u00e9tition nationale d&#039;arts martiaux. He Qingxi emmena ses disciples qui apprenaient depuis 3 ans pour participer \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition et remporta le titre de \u00ab boxeur de haut niveau \u00bb. Il re\u00e7ut un certificat et un drapeau en comm\u00e9moration. Le Zhaobao Taijiquan est d\u00e9sormais bien connu tant en Chine qu&#039;\u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tranger, ce qui est la contribution immortelle de Ma\u00eetre He Qingxi. Il a non seulement maintenu la tradition du Zhaobao Taijiquan, mais l&#039;a \u00e9galement fait progresser.
