Dans Une introduction au Tai Chi, les lecteurs obtiennent un guide pratique pour comprendre les bienfaits du Tai Chi pour la sant\u00e9 ainsi que des conseils de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des s\u00e9ances de gymnastique guid\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tai Chi et Qigong \u2013 Un bref r\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Le Tai Chi est un art martial chinois pratiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois pour l&#039;autod\u00e9fense et pour de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Parmi ces bienfaits, on peut citer l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de la force musculaire, l&#039;am\u00e9lioration de l&#039;\u00e9quilibre, l&#039;augmentation de la souplesse, le conditionnement a\u00e9robique et m\u00eame une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de sommeil.
