Cuando llegan al mundo, gritan \u201cAh\u201d y respiran dentro y fuera. Al cabo de cien d\u00edas, cuando est\u00e1n tranquilos, parece que su respiraci\u00f3n se detiene. De hecho, la respiraci\u00f3n se mueve naturalmente en el Dantian, sin depender de la nariz.
