Jahr von Wanli in der Ming-Dynastie (ungef\u00e4hr von 1595 bis 1671) geboren und lebte in der S\u00fcdstra\u00dfe der Stadt Zhaobao. Nach seiner Lehrzeit studierte Xing Gong die Boxtheorie eingehend und beherrschte sie. Er war nicht nur im Boxen, sondern auch im Umgang mit Waffen versiert. Unter anderem \u00fcbte er das Spring- und Autumn-Breitschwert bis zum \u00c4u\u00dfersten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend er Tai Chi praktizierte, verstand Xing Gong st\u00e4ndig die Tai Chi-Theorie und den Taoismus von Laozi und schrieb viele Artikel wie \u201eTai Chi-Boxen\u201c und \u201eTai Chi-Boxtheorie\u201c, um sie an zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen weiterzugeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut Herrn Xing Jiuchun, dem Enkel der Xing-Familie in 13. Generation, ist Xing Gong Xihuai die vierte Generation der Xing-Familie. Die von Xing Gong verwendeten Waffen wurden von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben und sind noch heute im Einsatz.
